Architectural solutions have been preparing architectural plans now for 30 years, from the good old drawing board days to modern computer drawings. All of our plans are prepared in AutoCad.

 

Our main areas of work are:

Granny Flats, New Homes, Renovations and Change of Use Plans for Shops. With house renovations we conduct our own site measure up, this way the drawings can be prepared accurately. For New Homes or Granny Flats a survey and a site visit is all that we need to commence the plans.

 

Architectural solutions will organise a surveyor for you. We will lodge the Architectural plans into the Council or with a private certifier for you. To lodge the plans we will need a Basix Report, Survey and sometimes-other professional consultants like an Acoustic Engineer or Bush Fire Consultant.

 

At Architectural Solutions we will coordinate and liaise with these consultants to ensure all of the documents are complete and ready for lodgement. Once the Development Consent has been issued we will then explain the DA Conditions and advise you on the next steps.
