Architectural Solutions Pty Limited not only prepares the drawings, we go beyond and provide a full service, which includes:

• Completion of all the application forms
• Providing a statement of environmental effects
• Preparing Neighbour notification plans
• Organising the Basix Report
• Organising a surveyor
• Organising any other professional reports such as Bush Fire Consultants.

When all of these items come together, then Architectural Solutions will lodge the plans at the Local Council. We will also follow up the Council on a weekly basis as the application moves through the Council system. This takes the stress away from our clients and they love this service.

Our first site visit is completely free of charge. This way Architectural Solutions can provide you with a quote that is fair and accurate.

We can provide Development Application Plans, Construction Certificate Plans, Change of Use Plans, Statement of Environmental Effects, Complying Development Plans and much, much more.

If needed, we can organise a Private Certifier for your building process.
